The staff was not very helpful and the pricing for different things was complicated and unclear. The food was just so so. It is out of the way and it’s a decent walk from the train station unless you have a car.

The food is abundant and tasty, a real highlight!! The wellness offers a nice pool with water massage elements. Overall very clean and staff is friendly.

The bathroom is really small and a bit outdated. The bed was not too comfortable. Can get loud from the internal garden's side.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet part of the village, nicely decorated, quiet and clean village, easy access to the hotel, secured parking for guests. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Since we could not make it to dinner, they provided us with a cold dinner in the room. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner are varied, dishes are delicious. During our stay there were families with babies and they were placed in a room in the middle of the corridor so that the baby's cry could be heard during the night. When we asked to be assigned a quieter room, the lady at the reception met us and moved us to a quieter and even more spacious room, and I thank her for that, because we had a quiet and peaceful night.

During our stay, we had a problem communicating with one of the staff at the reception because he spoke bad English (insufficient fund of basic words), and we did not know Hungarian. The rule in the hotel is that each room has a designated table for dining in the restaurant. And we did not receive that information upon arrival at the accommodation.

Wellness, pool great, sauna for free and open from 8 to 21h. Food excelent and varied, rooms confort and only unusual there is no cabinet, closet if You stay longer. Stuff excellent, Nice and serviceable, so family and cozy atmosfere, that You wana be there.

Everything was great, starting from position of hotel, comfy rooms, wellness, food (breakfast and dinner) and the best thing are hotel staff... very kind and efficient 😊

High quality products used to equip the room, especially in the bathroom. Very clean, staff was very friendly. The pool and spa were awesome. Food was delicious.

We had no air conditioning remote control - in fact, I don't know if there was air conditioning, maybe they have a centralized system, but it was never on. There was no mirror in the room besides the one above the sink in the bathroom.
