The location, the food and facilities.

The room and the corridors were not very clean. The kid’s recreational staff was not very good. The shower floor was very slippery, what is very dangerous for a 73 years old woman like I am. I called the reception to request an anti slip mat but they did not have one. If a guest falls in the slippery shower you will have to deal with a huge problem.

too much noisy during the meals due to the kids entertainers, not all the pets were trained , one even tried to attack me and my dog the activities for adults weren’t clear and pontual

room was missing a few amenities that I expected to have- body lotion, disposable cups and chilled water in the mini bar. also the room lacked a small table with chairs, that seemed to be missing from such spacious room.

Breakfast and lunch buffet need more diversity One of the room towels had some pieces of paper on it, housekeeping should be more careful when filling up supplies
