Construction work underway with a lot of noise

Great location, beautiful apartment in a safe and secure neighborhood.

Lack of amenities. No soap in bathrooms, no kitchen soap, coffee etc. Was promised an iron in the apartment closet but there was none.

The home was clean and very comfortable for our family. It was quiet and the children had enough space to play around. The location was very convenient for us.

The concierge was helpful but made unnecessary comments about the cleaning of the couches. It is their duty to clean thoroughly before and after clients.

The location, how well the grounds were kept, the space, the separate bathrooms for each room, having the 1/2 bath for guests, friendly and generally responsive staff, etc.

-Not having a TV in the bedroom -Soap bin in bathroom was empty. Had to request. -No way to regulate the temperature (had to ask before thermostat access was given much later). -Could have offered more information up front about WiFi -Something I saw in the ad made me think they had a couch bed in the living room, but it turned out to be a recliner

Again we like the fact that the place and location were secured and the guard we nice

I didn't like the fact that the light was purposely shot off when they tough our payment did not go through. We call as ask why the power was only turned off on our apartment and was told to check out the meter but right after I remember to call paypal for payment verification and call them back they had the guard go in the back of the house and directed him how to turn on the main for the apartment. Also after we loss our belongings during our work to the city, we realized that the key to the apartment was also amount of the things that were loss we call and let them know and we told they was no other keys and that we had loss the only keys and that it will cost us $400.00 so we called the owner and told him about it he was able to have his manager come and open the door for us. But as for the 400.00 US dollar for the key replacement he said it needed to be paid since the key was made in the U.S.A we even offered to get them a new set of entry lock once in the U.S and pay for labor they refused. We are general contractor in the US and had never paid over $200 for entry lock. I understand that they can charge a fee for damage or missing Items but over charging should not be ok specially when you know it is not right. I travel all over different countries and never have I paid that much for a key or damage items

Just a little mix up where I ended lodging in a below standard hotel.
