The only thing I would complain about was the amount of hair that was by the shower head wall. Otherwise the service, breafast was reall lovely. I slept well and I wouls still stay again.

Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The receptionist who checked us in was absolutely lovely. The hotel was easy to find.

Leaving to go home .
On entering building I went sit down on chairs they was dirty so I didn't bother they was covered in stains .checked in no info on what time breakfast was served given room key . Room was extremely dirty as seen in my photos if they show them , dirty and dusty and lots of stains on towels and mattresses no pillow protectors.very shabby no info in room on what to do in case of fire ,what's on in area ,what time breakfast is served no info about cocktail bar or restaurant nothing very poor will definitely not return .breakfast was poor bacon like rubber, hash browns just crispy very over cooked tin mushrooms was shocking .

The windows in our bedroom was frosted so the room was very dark, the extractor fan in the bathroom when you turn the light on was so loud that you didn’t even want to turn the light on at all as it was so loud.
Parking advertised on booking.com said ‘free parking’ however didn’t state it was limited parking, This meant after visiting family and coming back at 10pm the car park was full and had a car with 4 lads in the car just sitting there didn’t look like hotel guests at all, i then had to drive around a town I do not know and find a car park which I had to pay for, and then walk 15 mins back to the hotel with my 75 year old mum at night!!! Unfortunately for me this completely put a damper on my stay there as it was the only reason I booked for the parking. Should state ‘limited parking’ this was I would have been fully informed before booking, and not have to walk my 75 mother late at night back to the hotel, had she of been alone I would have been even more cross than I was!!

On checking in we went to our room to find the toilet broken & not flushing- lady on reception swapped rooms immediately. This room was lovely & comfortable, quiet & very clean. Breakfast had good choices & a buffet style so could have what you wanted. Staff were all very welcoming, friendly & helpful. Lovely decor throughout, will definitely be back 👍

The english breakfast is good, but no fruit or hot chocolate.
The hotel needs a good clean, there are large cobwebs hanging in corridors. Corridors have dim lighting. Room 25 has extremely dangerous step as enter room. Never saw any mind the step sign, it appears it’s on dark brown high up sign, which isn’t visible compares the the large in white and red non smoking sign. No warning strip around edge of dark brown carpet, so you fall straight into room, I would never advise any elderly or disabled person to stay in this room.
