Fantastic use of space both indoor and out, with quirky well thought out design not only for fixture and fittings but overall orientation. Lovely pool with beautiful varied trees around: a hidden oasis.

Staying at Apartamentos Castaví was a panacea! The atmosphere in the hotel is extremely homely and relaxing. Every room is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, from the rooms to the common areas and the swimming pool. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the centre of Es Pujols and within easy reach of numerous renting places, where you can rent a scooter or bicycle (for the more athletic), to visit the rest of the island. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and is always ready to give you some advice on how to organise your stay on the island and suggest activities. The rich breakfast is particularly enjoyable, as are the dishes in the restaurant and the cocktails at the bar (strictly to be enjoyed on the sun loungers by the pool). If I could, I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Poor repetitive breakfast with limited options, no facility for payable late checkout, despite follow up guests for our apartment not arriving until late so no reason not to accommodate us, not happy about the apathetic and flippant attitude of the moody and unhelpful front desk pair, all other staff in the hotel apartments were lovely btw, so no reflection on them

amazing location. the best staff (shoutout to Eileen, Yolanda, Viktoria, Alba, Gaia, Pedro, Tito, Ana & Gus who made our stay so perfect. they are all fantastic and a credit to the business) . the food at the restaurant was outstanding. pool area was stunning - great pool and beds. balcony/room couldn’t have been better. mini kitchen had everything we needed. it was perfect. we ended up extending an extra 2 weeks because it was so good.

We were a group of 4 girls and loved our stay here. Location within a 10 minute walk of the beach, lots of nearby restaurants and the staff were so lovely. The breakfast included was a real highlight!!

Honestly nothing

This hotel really exceeded all of my expectations. We were upgraded to a stunning room with a stunning view of the pool from the balcony. There was a large living and dining area with a kitchenette. The bedroom was small but cute and cozy. There was a large shower and lovely bathroom with a hairdryer. I couldn't have asked for a better room. We went half board with a buffet style breakfast and a three course evening meal which I was pleasently surprised about as its usually a buffet. The food was lovely and a good selection, although we were there for the last week of the season so some options were unavailable, but we didn't mind as the staff were very accomodating and friendly. We had some free drinks every night which was great. The pool was gorgeous with plenty of sun loungers and cabana beds. It was peaceful and classy. I would definitely come back to this hotel!!! The bar man Nick was also a fantastic host. Thanks for a great stay!

I honestly cannot say a bad thing about this hotel. If I had to nit pick I would ask for extra pillows on the bed. But there were pillows on the sofa so we just used those instead.

Room is nice, friendly staff and nice pool.

The breakfast only opens at 8:30, which is shockingly late for Formentera (you won’t be able to arrive in time to get a bed in covered beaches like Ses Illetes), and not great for anyone with small kids and/or wishing to arrive early at the beach. Parking is also tricky.
