The bed was comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.
The bedroom was quite basic, with only 1 small shower gel for 2 people, no smart TV, no courtesy water for a room that cost me $400 a night!

The whole environment is great. The hotel was though in the minimum details to welcome guests.
Employees well trainined and very polite, the rooms are great and the food are delicius.
Internet service could be better, but it is not the most important to me and my family during the stay, but thinking in the new normal, where people will travel to work and enjoy the city could be good to improve it.

The service, food and room were absolutely amazing. They even let you call a personal chef to cook whatever you want for a exclusive dinner for a reasonable price.
The massage and spa services are overpriced for the quality they provide.
