The bedroom very clean and confortable, the beds confortables too. The breakfast was great and the owner Frank was very kind! Good service, good price and good location..

Close to the tram and the city.
It was not what it was advertised. The price nearly as a hotel, the description at booking.com as a B&B: it was a flat not re-decorated since 1970s. Worth half the price.

Frank and his wife were very welcoming. The location of the flat is very well connected with the local transportation. If we go back to Amsterdam we will stay in the same place!

Frank, the guest house owner, was really nice, helpful and considerate. The room was super clean and the atmosphere was friendly. We felt at home.

Frank is one of the best hosts we can ever meet ! We had a lovely stay , the house is vry close to the tram which is 20 Mins from Amsterdam central ,the house is exceptionally clean , wonderful breakfast , Frank is a very sweet host , who takes good care of his guests !

The host - Frank - the best! Everything in the b&b is well thought and organized, breakfasts are at the time you want it, you can make yourself a coffee or tea anytime; Frank knows the city well and will explain everything. The location is great - you can go from the airport to the b&b by one bus, there are two trams going directly to the center of Amsterdam, and the tram/bus stops are right outside. I loved it!
The towels were not so fresh so I recommend bringing your own

Frank was such an amazing host! He provided us with everything we needed and even more. He prepared us an amazing breakfast and gave us complete freedom in the B&B. Our staying went beyond our expectations and we are more than happy with our choice. Our room was very clean and had everything one could need. The position is very well connected to tram stations and in just 20 minutes we were in the city center. We totally recomend this B&B! Thank you Frank! :)
