The location for the gondola is excellent. However the hill is quite steep! The shower was hot and had excellent pressure. The Apartment was never cold - in fact we had the double doors open. The view from the double doors is simply STUNNING

Good location, it’s the only good about the apartment

The bedroom’s hand door is broken. My daughter was closed in the room for a while. The worse is that the prior user had the same problem and made a complaint but nobody did anything. This is the reason that I’m writing this complaint. Also, The oven temperature control is broken. Finally there weren’t kitchen amenities for cleaning the dishes. Old apartment with low maintenance with high price. The Wifi service has an extra-charge.

The view and the mattresses were comfy

The sofa was very uncomfortable. The building was very noisy, you could hear all of the other guests very loudly throughout the day and night. Not very clean. Hairs on mattresses, kitchen utensils not cleaned properly.
