Deberían aclarar que no son dos dormitorios, sino un dormitorio y el resto de las camas están en el living. No tenía mesa.

the property was kept up well, was clean, modern and felt safe. Good location.
I booked it over other options because it claimed to have AC, but the rooms do not have AC. The wifi is non-functional for basic business functions. The room does have a kitchen, but not enough key basics to make it functional (no microwave, no soup ladle, extremely limited serving tools. The breakfast offers some Chilean Tang equivalent and no decaf hot beverage options.

Location is great, right across from Portal Temuco. Parking is in a secure underground lot and it was easy to access after chatting with the guard just inside the door. Reception as actually located on the 5th floor, where the rooms are located.
The kitchen was small but functional, everything was clean, and breakfast was served right one time.
The apartment was a bit smaller than expected - Essentially a small one bedroom apartment where two single beds were placed in the main living area. But, it was all we needed for our one night stay.

Plates and cups are not thoroughly washed (coffee cups with stains). Bathroom wall with stains.
