Great location, good apartment

There was a note on the door about outdoor laundry drying in a communal area but no key. It wasn't easy to contact the host, in fact we had to go back and forwards through an agent. Finally they said the notice was wrong and we could not access the outdoor drying.

The price is pretty good for the property. The keys can be achieved anytime. Though, missing staff is inconvenient in case of anything.

First of all, the property is completely empty. If you arrive late, you won’t find any tea, water, salt or anything. The furniture in the apartment is pretty damaged. Bath is leaking, washing machine is leaking. One day in the morning we found that the whole kitchen and the living room are full of water. We cleaned the water and called for the service. I was told that somebody will come and fix, but nobody did. So, we had too keep towels on the floor for the rest of the vacation. Hot water boiler is very small. Even if you use hot water modestly it won’t be enough for even 3 people. For 4 people to have warm shower, you’ll wait for couple hours after 2 people shower.

The apartment was nice enough.

The check in process (i.e. trying to get the key to the apartment) was nothing short of a joke. Additionally it was impossible to contact the host. I would not recommend trying to book any property with costasur starting on a weekend as their office hours are Monday to Friday only.
