The location is very convenient, and within walking distance you can visit all the sights. The staffs are very friendly and helpful providing the info. The room is nice and clean, we are very happy with that. The breakfast is excellent, so as the coffee.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included enough variety and was healthy. Some of the breads were left out to enjoy later in the day with tea or coffee.
The bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was tiny and I could barely open the door without hitting the cabinet under the sink. It was not possible to stand in front of the sink without squeezing next to the toilet and closing the door.

Very good value price-quality, room and common places are confortable and clean, simple but nice breakfast, welcoming and helpful staff. Location is very good, close to the main bus station and to Republic Square

1. The room was not cleaned properly when I checked in. I left for a walk and asked to fix it, but when I'm back - it was almost the same. There is a problem with understanding of what clean and safe mean. In my room I had: dirty carpet and dusty floors, mold on the bathroom walls, some pieces of food and garbage left, YELLOW URINE STAINS on the back side of the toilet seat. It was still there after I asked to clean it, then after 2 times asked, the lady at the reception came and remived it. I am shocked. Some hotels think that if price below 50 euro there is no need to clean rooms.
2. My single room was on the first floor right near the reception and breakfast area. I heard every sinfle word that was told by ppl and was awake at 6.30 by breakfast preparation, even I have used ear plugs.
3. The window didnt open properly, I had to pull it hard as I can and still didn't succeeded few times
4. The curtain in the bathroom is short, so when you take a shower, it waters all the bathroom floor

Everything was great, it's exactly like the pictures, clean and modern, with delicious breakfast and the location is great. We received wonderful energy with a lot of kindness and overall availability!

Very friendly people working at the reception ready to help 24/7. Excellent location - in the city center, near the airport bus stop, bus station and 30min from the railway terminal. Everything interesting in the city can be reached by feet in 30min. Comfy bed and well-thought room. Nice breakfast and free tea/coffee/water whenever you need it. + Excellent garden view in the heart of Belgrade especially during summer months.

Everything was great, cozy bed,big room, great location! We had to change the date of our trip,and it was no problem to move our reservation to another date,with no extra fees.

Close to the airport bus stop. Near to the centre of town. Everything within walking distance. Nice, quiet and tucked away. Lovely friendly cats and staff.
Not much. Creaky bed every time you rolled over but that’s the only negative, if you can call it that.

Friendly staff which are well spoken and asks everyday if i needed anything. There is a 24/7 reception which is always manned. Great location, near the city centre but in a very quiet street. Breakfast was fine and fresh everyday. I saw (but not used) that they don't have a problem with an early check-in and you can leave your luggage safe at the hotel for an extra while after you checked out. I had a great stay (4 nights) epecially for the cheap price you pay for it! If i ever needed to visit belgrade again i would definitely come back at Garden40!
There were some dirty hairs of the other guest behind the door and objects in the bathroom were rusty and very loose. Would be great if there was a shower head holder because you had to hold it by yourself. Anyway it was still fine... and not that dirty to annoy the hotelstaff for it. The rooms are a bit noisy so keep that in mind if you need a soundless room.
