Excellent hotel with spacious room and huge bathroom for disabled people. Breakfast was great too!

Very polite staff.
Had all I could expect in a simple, cozy environment.
Close to the lake of Ioannina. Not too far away from the town (need a car).
Ideal for the reason of my trip geographically as I had to visit a factory every morning (did not have to cope with morning city traffic).
Could apply more often room inspection for issues.

Rooms were not clean. We addressed this issue and the staff tried to help, but cleaning again was not good. For sure, we will not return. It is not a structure of 4 stars, nothing related to the photos. Disappointed.

Close to the airport yet very quiet with view of the mountains. Very pleasant staff. Nice touches. Wine in the room, abundant breakfast.

The location was convenient. The room was spacious.
The mattress of the bed was too soft for me.

Very friendly staff
They could take care more the bathroom corners to look clean. Breakfast (dark & underground) place looked like we were part of a team sitting together at large round tables (no privacy with double tables for two. Not sure why they chose this place for serving a buffet breakfast.

I was late one morning and surprisingly, at 10.32 breakfast was closed. I have never seen this.

Everything was perfect, the matress was extremely comfortable, we head a great stay.

A new modern boutique hotel with spacious rooms. Really comfy bed/nice deco/big balcony/nice view.
The breakfast was poor. We expected a wider variety of choices that would be more indicative for a 4 star hotel. The location is nice and quiet although is close to the airport, but you will need your own car to go downtown.

Very friendly staff, from the people behind the bar to the cleaning ladies. Especially the woman at the reception was super friendly. The hotel is only 5 years old and very modern.
The matrasses are very soft. The gym was closed because of covid, which makes sense but it would have been nice if this was mentioned on booking.com. Finally, be aware that you need a car or taxi if you want to visit the city centre.

I ordered a room with Mountain View and i didn’t got, in addition, they offered me another room instead that was a view to the landings airplanes road

Good style, modern and clean, near the airport (if it matters, otherwise it might hard to get to city center without personal transport), very good breakfast. I've adjusted this review after the reply from the property.
Although, I’ve booked a room where it says “mountain view” there was no mountain and we got a room looking to the other side. Also, I don’t like that someone puts food instead of me on the breakfast. I’m totally willing and able to do it myself it’s not that hard and it’s normal for a buffet.
