Tranquila.

Tratamento da equipe foi bom, café da manhã bom e gostei da estrutura do hotel.

Reservei um quarto com banheira de hidromassagem e foi me dado o um quarto com uma jacuzzi muito pequena, realmente não era o que eu espera e ficou muito a desejar..

it is a business hotel.

completely overpriced... Because most of the clients are companies prices skyrocket during weekdays. Not worth.

Very good

Good location and breakfast with a lot of varieties!! The staff are taking care of the food and the tables. The hotel is close to the shopping center as well. The lobby has a great and pleasant decoration and the swimming pool is a super relaxing area.

The corridors and also the rooms need some restauration. The lamp/light in my bathroom was not really fixed to the ceiling and the corridors are needing new painting and carpets as well as the doors of the rooms need also some repair.

Everything. it’s stunning! I loved the room, the view, the pool… everything. a fantastic hotel in all aspects!!!

probably was the best option for the region...but best to dine elsewhere for all meals.

Very clean everywhere in the hotel...staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

dinner was average at best. at breakfast, it's difficult to mess up with scrambled eggs and bacon but these dishes were pretty bad. the bacon in particular seemed to be of a very low quality.

Good space, amazing facilities and impeccable cleanliness considering pandemic situation.

Staff could be more dynamic and receptive.
