Gostei do atendimento do segundo funcionário, a moça trocou meu quarto para outro com melhor conforto.
O quarto estava no térreo, quando entrei havia cabelos de mulher na cama, durante a noite muito barulho e a luz entrando pela janela sem cortina. Pedi trocar de quarto o dia seguinte.

A chave electrónico não funcionava, tinha que chamar um funcionário cada vez que ia entrar no quarto.
Para o Café da manhã havia que ir até o hotel do lado.
O papel higiênico que deixaram já estava usado até a mitade.
Quando reservei era uma cama de casal, ao chegar ao quarto eram duas de solteiro

i liked the location and staff
COCKROACHES in every room. the first room they put us in had a bunch of cockroaches , the douche was leaking which means the bathroom was always wet and the bathroom smelled horrible and made the entire room stink. after they put us in a different room, there were still a bunch of small cockroaches constantly walking around the room. ugh.
