La Ubicación
Cuando llegamos habían cucarachas en las habitaciones y la anfitriona nos dijo que era normal por la fecha y aseguró que irían a fumigar al día siguiente y no asistió nadie hasta el penúltimo día y ya no nos servía, porque nosotros mismos tuvimos que comprar insecticidas y aplicar a todo el departamento. La ropa de cama sucia y manchada, sobre todo los cobertores.

La ubicación
El apartamento tiene un olor desagradable (ha guardado, a viejo). Las instalaciones son viejas y hay espacios donde se ve la mugre. Encontramos los siguientes aspectos puntuales:
• Closet de la habitación principal con mal olor
• Cocina poco dotada
• No se pudo consumir hielo, porque la hielera del congelador pegada
• Sin agua potable (para beber con tranquilidad)
• La puerta del baño del servicio mala (no cerraba)
• Los muebles del comedor con comején.
• La ropa de cama percudida
• Las toallas del piso sucias
• La llave del lavamanos de una de las habitaciones mala
• Poco confort
• Un ventilador malo
• Se vieron cucarachas pequeñas

location location location is superb and very big space, and easy to access in and out, so many restaurants and most important thing is cobacabana beach at your window, peto was very helpful and he speak English for people who don't know Portuguese, I highly recommend

The place was in front of the Beach ..just as shown on the pictures..i have visited Rio quite a few times now and i have stayed over other apartments and hotels in copacabana beach .. This is the best value . the most room.and the best location out of all..location location location.. We had a cleaning crew come.clean up after a few days and they did a fantastic job
I will.recoment this hands down to anyone .i extended my stay a few more days fot a.total.of.5 days.. Now back home from the comfort of my home.im.planing to.bring my family back to Rio one more time... Thank you 🤜🤛
