Perfekte Organisation, alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wasserkocher und Föhn konnte ich ausborgen. Schöne Lage, nur durch eine parkähnliche Anlage vom Strand getrennt. Hundefreundlich, Hundestrand 400m entfernt.

Parkgarage mit eigenem Stellplatz.
Die Strandlage hat auch Nachteile, man bekommt das nächtliche Strandleben mit lauter Musik voll mit. Vor Mitternacht ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken, ab 6 Uhr Früh kommt mit Karacho die Müllabfuhr.
Alles sehr eng, ein Stapelplatz für Touristen. Sauberkeit na ja, in den Gängen rennen die Lurchmäuse, wenn man vom Boden etwas wegputzt, ist das Klopapier schwarz (alle Räume). Haus und Garage riechen nach Müll.
Man muss ALLES mitnehmen, Starterkit ist EINE Rolle Klopapier...
Adapter für Steckdosen empfohlen, ebenso Unmengen Autan und Gelsenstecker.
Sehr abgewohnt, Renovierungsstau bis ins letzte Jahrtausend. Safe mit Schlüssel statt Zahlencode ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Perfektná lokalita. Pár metrov od pláže.
A čo bolo úplne super, bol personál, ktorí nám dával kľuče od apartmánu. Úžasní ľudia.👌👍
Chýbajú tam niektoré veci, na ktoré sme zvyknutí z iných apartmánov. Napr. Žehlička, fén a nejaké drobnosti do kuchyne.

Very close to the sea beach, clean, has all needed things for the comfortable stay! Surprising for Bibione, but there was a really good Internet. Quite good parking places. The entrance of the parking has limitation on height, it is written 2,05 cm if I remember correctly, but in reality it is something near 2,25. We have a big car with top roof bag on it and we were able to park it.

The location could not be better, right next to the sea, from the balcony, we did have sea view. Also, it's in a quieter area, so there were no loud parties during the night.
We had to bring sheets, towels, dishwasher detergents, bag for the garbage, but we were prepared for all that. There was no hair drier, so we had to buy one.
There was only one air conditioner in the apartment. Luckily we didn't have to try it, as the weather was not that hot.

the closeness to the beach and the shopping complex with restaurants and everything that we needed during our stay.
the apartment had almost everything one needs, a Vaccum cleaner would have been perfect.
there were some noisy neighbours partying at 3:00 am the main door with sound insulation would help keep the noise down. or a notice on the entrance of the apartment complex to be considerate after 11:00 pm.

The communication was amazing. Everything we needed to sort out worked very fast and very friendly. The agents were very helping with advice and actions.
There was no hairdryer which is ok because it was really warm. But I was just wondering.
Also there was no salt or herbs for cooking, no detergent for dishes or for the dishwasher. Also no oil or soup or flannels, and no kitchentowels. It is not a problem, we bought everything. But I was wondering a lot about it. In other countries where we were, these essentials were there.

It was easy to find and no lines! Great was that room was ready at 10.30.
It was weird that keys were at the completly different location than Villa. And the beds were kinda older and small.

Localisation couldn't be better. Underground parking was great. The garden was also perfect! And fully private. Also very dog friendly apartments and area situated in park, 300m from beach and next to it is dog beach. Just after that beautifull public beach for long walks. Paradise for dog owners
Wi Fi problems. Not working good 20% of time. Tv very small and old. I didn't come there to watch so no problem for me but maybe for some of You

Communication was impeccable, apartment was clean. Everything was as advertised.

See view. Perfect location. All you need for a family stay. Nice apartment. Everything works fine. Hot water, air conditioning. Kettle was missing but after a short email, house keeper brought it up. Support by phone and English speaking host, was happy to help on Sunday at 9pm.
Keep in mind that towels, bed linen are not provided. No soap in kitchen and bathroom, no household usual stuff. But it's OK and expected. Everything can be bought cheap in the supermarket nearby
