Really-really weared down apartment. Desolate. Not anywhere near of current 9.1 rating.

Large apartment with plenty of space
Booking said we’d paid in advance but the doorman kept our tour pickup waiting as he didn’t know we were leaving that day, and had to try to contact the owner to confirm we’d paid by card, etc. They also charged us extra for required paper armbands, which should have been included in the listed price.
There were also lights missing, no shower heads or toilet paper, completely bare walls

Staff are great, very helpful. Sandra is great to deal with, attentive and always answering any queries. We don't have any trouble, the place was well presented and well kept.
