thé location in the hills is lovely

thé noise, had to get the management to come an oil the bathroom doors in our villa an the two adjacent Neighbours as they were so loud an squeaking. that was done fast. But the sound proofing is below standard! I could hear my Neighbours pee! talk! walk around, close doors open them. it’s unbelievable paper thin walls. it’s more insulated on the windows an front an back walls. The inside has been done like one full complex, not with large walls in between each property. It makes it like one big house that you share with strangers but you don’t see them! the pool is very small, not for swimming just for dipping. the jacuzzi didn’t get to go in as every morning a family of 5 took the whole thing an made it impossible to access. also they were so loud! not a place for couples. just families. another problem was no hooks anywhere to dry towels or hang dressing gown etc. Another thing was the sofa! it’s the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on and I got a very nasty bruise on my ankle from the edges of wood that stick out, I spent no time in the lounge infact because of that. Was always sat on my bed. Also the showers, the water was very difficult to get a good temp, either boiling so burned you to death or cold. took me 3 showers to get it right. The fans were also so loud you can hear the Neighbours! it’s a shame because location was perfect but I booked for a first holiday as a single girl with my bestie an no children in tow an it wasn’t calm an tranquille like I wanted just due to the other guests.

Quite area, comfortable house

No housekeeping, limited toilet papers, no amenities.

tbh my expectetions were a little bit higher.

There were bed bugs. My brother and his wife body were fully covered with bed bug bites. Pillowcase was covered blood dots in the morning. At first they didnt understand what or how it is possible but in couple of days the bite marks appeared and they found some bugs from the wooden headboard. It has to be known issue: bugs can live years without food and they hided in a headboard and some of them were in a bed linen. When we reported it to our host we got offered a new apartment to stay, because they did want to pest control the room. We were told that none can use room for 48 hours but in 24h there were a new visitors... I also asked to have new towels and i received 2 used towels. One were covered with lipstick stripes and hair and the another one were just unclean. Host did apologize, but suffer in villa, not a vacation for us. We didnt get any discounts. For us, not a pleasant stay. We stayd for 10 days.

amazing interior, we loved Bali vibes… this place is the best place we have ever stayed at! everything was so clean, jacuzzi and swimming pool and outdoor space are the biggest highlights!

We liked the design of the house and the fans in each room. And a jacuzzi after all our walking was wonderful! The management company were really helpful and fast to respond, great experience all in all!

The location is far from the town at the top of a hill. Great views as you walk, but a good 40min walk to town. Also be aware there is no view from the property itself as its set behind the hill. The garden is beautiful though, so makes for a nice setting.

We had the house right in front of the pool. We enjoyed everything so much. The house was very clean and looked like on the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much. The jacuzzi was always warm and ready to jump in. The pool was nice and refreshing. The villa looks so tropical, it was a great place to stay and even to take pictures. I had a nice contact with Maria, the host, and we arranged everything through whatsapp. Everything was very easy.

It's best to have a car if you come here. We once had to walk from the beach to the villa and it was a serious climb.
