Понравилось всё. Красивая территория, вкусные завтраки. Дружелюбные сотрудники. Чистый бассейн. Высокие потолки в номере и большая ванная комната.

Можно было бы повесить шторку для душа, это пожелание :)

It was really an amazing place to visit the staff was so friendly and cool. Had so much fun u will see it soon u visit the resort. They had so much games for entertainment. The pool area was so clean and the view is amazing. It was a worthy place for a good price. I Highly recommend this stay.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. We managed to get a very spacious and clean room for a very affordable price, the staff were very considerate, the bathroom was really good . There is a very friendly staff here. They served us delicious food. Nice places  in there.  Overall, this is an outstanding hotel for a surprisingly affordable price.

The pool was “out of order” and so was the aircondition in two og our three rooms.

During our stay at the hotel, we encountered a mix of positives and negatives. Unfortunately, the initial room had mold on the walls, and the second room had dampness issues. Additionally, there was no hot water in the rooms, and the Wi-Fi was non-existent, which was a significant inconvenience for us. On a brighter note, the person in charge went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable despite these challenges. Their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication to addressing the issues impressed us. We also found the swimming pool to be a highlight of the hotel, with its design and amenities providing a refreshing experience. However, it's worth noting that the hotel hosts a pool party once a month, which might impact the overall tranquility for guests seeking a quieter stay. Additionally, the hotel's location is not on the main strip, requiring about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute journey in a tuk-tuk or a motorbike, which the hotel can help organize. The staff's efforts to ensure a positive experience and their openness to feedback demonstrated their commitment to improving the hotel's quality.

The property has lots of potential. I booked my room for the furst 2 nights to have some time to sleep and rest. Also chose it because of the swimming pool which was not clean in my oppinion. So if the pool was well prepared and/or taken care of propperly I think a lot of people would come stay there for the price theyy offer. Room was bug with its own bathroom, so that was actually pretty nice for 20€. It was ok.

Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, omelette, toast tea/coffee. Spacious room with fridge. Air conditioning effective (however loud)

Had to pay cash on arrival (only place in Sri Lanka, always pay at checkout) Wi-fi doesn't work in the bedroom only communal areas. No warm water for shower. No towel (I had to ask for one) one small bar of soap, no other toiletries. No kettle. No other drink offered at breakfast so a problem if you don't drink tea/coffee. I asked for juice & it seemed a problem. Swimming pool water dirty & surrounding areas.

Shell Resort was in an okay location, a small walk from town - The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spacious
