staff amazing and when there was a traffic accident and I could not get a taxi the hotel manager drove me to the station in his car - everyone was so gentile

I liked only location. any more reason stay here
furniture is room is very old fashioned, bathroom hose leaking, employees don’t know what to do , they charged me twice , breakfast was very scarce for this price and 5 stars hotel especially, smoked salmon not fresh . Perfect only view from window .

breakfast not fresh and it could been better choices, stuff are not friendly at all, security person urged with me about my room number which I felt not so comfortable that he knows what room are we at!!!!!
food menu does not suit all the guest and few dishes only, for a hotel like Beau Ravage we expected better options. when we checked in we never told where to have breakfast or we have to pay for parking and what is the log name for Wi-Fi , we arrived early and basically the hotel was empty and didn’t want to give us the room because not ready.

Upgraded to a suite and it was massive, very comfortable bed, staff very attentive, good breakfast, bed and bowls for our dog

Great location, very friendly personnel. Good food at the restaurant of the hotel.
Make sure that you have been given rooms with proper windows! As it an old building, with their very small windows, some rooms can be really claustrophobic. Closed parking below the hotel is very expensive.

The room, facing the lake is just incredibly peaceful and charming. Wonderful stay. Good food and drinks at the Veranda Bar, in a cosy atmosphere.

Everything was great. Sat outside by the water watching the moon until late. Good was great, rooms simple but lovely - and location to town perfect. Pet friendly !
