Everything is fine and comfortable and clean. The rooms are nice and the employees are so friendly and professional.

its close to the city center and in front of the beach

there is no glasses/cup on the room, neither fork and knife, lets say, there is NOTHING then just the cabinet and the freezer. they dont trust the clients and i had to wait long 20minutes for then to check my room if “is all ok” and check what i consume, which is pretty standard for hotels, but not when you leave your credit card and show you a picture of two waters.

Good localization, clean, facilities and food

They were some hosts that did not respect rules and the staff didn't do it anything. They smoked cannabis and vape on the pool area, drunk alcohol - bottles (glass) and listened music too loud.

The localisation of the hotel is good,near the beach.

The beds looking good. But in the morning I’ve pain in my back. The room was smelling like smoke. In the room next to ours, they were smoking. So the isolation between the rooms was bad. Most important about the hotel is the famous Bach. But it’s really a big shame, to see the dirty conditions of it. All other beaches were clean next to the hotel. Only you’re hotel the only beach who was so dirty. It’s the responsibility of the hotel to clean it. Please resolve this problem, or otherwise change the name of the hotel in “Kariri dirty beach
