Beds worst we have had. Pool only open 9.30am until 7pm so if you have a day trip booked you are away before opens and after closes. Cannot use outside hours they have security cameras watching and we arrive 5 minutes after 7 and were told rules cannot be lenient. 2nd bathroom is a waste of time. Shower that small you couldn't wash yourself in it. No power points in kitchen. No light in kitchen, no toaster. Could hear every noise from the upstairs rooms. The walk to the beach is quite dangerous. Very narrow roads no footpaths.

Green garden, pool around the guest house. Very clean and had a big balcony. The host was very carefully and waited as to handover the keys, explain the access and where to eat and drink in the village. We recommend the restaurant: Covent Garden Pub: very good oven backed Pizza, lot of local peoples in the restaurant, delicious vines!

I was quite satisfied with the communication with the host, he was waiting for us 2 hours more while we arrived (our boat arrived later, so we arrived later to the property). I loved the terrace, spent there almost the whole evening, and of course the pool, the temperature at the pool was perfect during the rainy morning. Also the place was amazingly quiet, so it was the first time we managed to sleep well.

The appartement is very comfortable in front of the swimming pool. Beautiful view on the mountain. The villa is in a small village away from touristic area. The hosts are very kind always available for any request and tips.

Beautiful place, great location just out of Sorrento so not busy at all, but an easy train anywhere. They let us leave our luggage there after checkout and we picked it up that night with their help.

The only small thing was the shower didn’t drain properly.

The towels and blankets were very clean and smelled fresh. The room and the washroom were also extremely clean. I am very impressed with the property, and I would definitely recommend it.

Shame the pool doesn’t open until 01/05/23. But this didn’t spoil our stay.

The place was spotless, bright, fresh and airy. The bed was super comfy and big. The shower was really nice, plenty of hot water and great pressure. The air con was easy to use. There staff I met were very nice. Lovley little balcony with a table and chairs. 10 minute walk to the train. Also within reasonable walking distance of the towns Sant Angelo and Piano di Sorrento. Really good value for money.

Despite the very solid walls I could clearly hear the conversations of people in other rooms. This wasn't too bad most nights, but there was a group who stayed up late talking ans laughing loudly a couple nights, which made it difficult to sleep. One night the air con machine, which was attached to the outer wall of my room, made noise all night and kept me awake. I mentioned it to staff the next day and it was fixed. The wardrobe was not suitable for hanging dresses, and it was unstable, I was afraid I would knock the entire thing over if I closed the door too hard. The electrical sockets by the bed were loose which was worrying.

We loved how comfortable and spacious the villa was. The kitchen had all equipment we could need, the rooms were very comfy. We got lots of practical info on our arrival that helped us plan our days. Thank you!

Close to train into sorrento. Room was comfortable and clean. And had a place to park car safely.

The location was great, very easy to reach all the cities on the coast, perfect location.

Good location, convenient to beach, train station, bus stops & restaurants. Staff very friendly. Swimming pool nice with sun beds available. Very good air conditioning in bedroom.

Bedroom quite small with little space to move about. Swimming pool nice but closed at 7 in the evening which is disappointing as it is nice to remain outside until later. We had an infestation of ants on our second evening there, however this was dealt with by the cleaning lady the following morning & it didn’t recur again. Not too nice to see in such close proximity to bedroom. I must mention the fridge!!! Unfortunately there are no individual fridges in rooms but there is a shared fridge in the entrance hallway. However it is only an under counter small fridge which is not big enough to accommodate all 5 rooms in the villa. It would be more practical to have a floor to ceiling fridge as then there would be ample room for all . The weather is so hot that it is imperative that drinks are chilled, etc.

Room was clean and had a nice patio with a table and chairs to sit on. The hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood and also conveniently located near public transportation and walking distance to restaurants.

I wish the pool was open later in the evening. I think it closed around 7pm everyday. After a full day of tourist activities in the hot sun I wish I could have jumped in the pool to cool down.
