The view

I wouldn't rate this hotel a 3-star. The furniture was old and broken, the beds were dirty, the floor dirty, the hallways dirty, and the corners were dusty. They did not upgrade anything for at least a decade.

From the reception to the Mall 😊 Everything were Excellent & Perfect

Reception called ( Paul ) has a Bad altitude with Customers and He didn’t know how to Solve Small Problems

I think they should have a wider variety of food

The lobby is beautiful and on first arrival you are impressed. The views of the pyramids from your room are amazing. It was cute what they did for international women’s day and the concierge was very nice

The service was really bad. The first night I called 3x to order room service and eventually had to go down to the lobby to finally have front desk call them. This was at 12:30am. The Wi-Fi basically didn’t work in our room. They forgot towels when they would clean our room each day, and even though I left the service sign up and called to ask for them to do the daily clean I came at 1pm and it still hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom needs updating. Shower was gross and whole bathroom smelled bad. This is not a 5 star hotel… and it’s very Muslim oriented (no alcohol on site). Mentioning this but it wasn’t a big issue for me personally.

Hotel was more than five star hotel, with all what this word means, starting with the lovely service and all the facility in the hotel. it’s located in the heart of Cairo.

Exceptionally, Zaki Hanna provides a super star services and welcoming which makes me happy and comfort during my stay .

Very Old room

Incredibly rude staff, horrible guest friendlyness. The staff did as it seemed everything in their power to make my stay horrible. No requests were met, and many facilities were faulty and no compensation was recieved. Entire stay, in the city ruined.

Everything was great, I liked location, view , staff, breakfast, and the room facilities

This is not my first time in the same hotel, and I will return again Super, staff are friendly and helpful, location is great, facilities are amazing, the building is not as new but very well maintained.

The food, the service, the room decor, the cleanliness, refurbish everything, upgrade the devices such as the tv and phone, and the professionalism was very poor all they wanted was tips for doing nothing. I found an eyelash that was not mine under the phone.
