The proximity to the Flinders private hospital

Absolutely beautiful park.
Wi-Fi not working and staff didn’t seem all the interested in trying to fix the problem for us.

Games room - half of the games don’t work
Played a prize game and won and didn’t get my prize
Milk Frother in accommodation didn’t work
And main bedroom was not secure with the blind!

Sound proof the downstairs door to other peoples room as it sounded like they were in our room.

Everything was amazing, the layout is awesome. The grounds, the facilities. The poolside accommodation phenomenal. The way it has been designed is both very functional and spacious as well as modern. The bar and cinema area so nice also. The ambience was welcoming, relaxed with a great sense of fun.
The pizza!!! Wow what a HUGE disappointment!!!
And at 4 star restaurant prices for something that not only looked like it was a supermarket pizza but worse! Guys, either lower your prices or change those pizzas. I ended up having to purchase 3 dinners before finally getting something satisfactory.

The pool was great. Also very close to beaches and restaurants. I blew the fuse the first day. The service guy came within minutes of me telling the office. I was there with my University aged son. The other families with small and school-aged kids were having a great time too.

I left linen at front door as instructed on sign and no one came and collected or replaced. We had to use a few towels the first night when shower caused bathroom floor to be saturated. Otherwise could fault a thing

The park was brilliant. Obviously mid-renovation, but still very good. Awesome coffee at the front office, too!
The couch in our Holiday Unit was broken, and there weren’t two sets of bunk beds. Also the Marion_Guest wifi dropped out as soon as we entered the unit. Other than that, brilliant! Will definitely be back!
