Very warm welcome from Ian. Room was spotless clean. Great location right beside the airport. Ian went out of his way every morning to drop me to my course which was amazing saving the stress of taxis incase they're delayed.

Brilliant accommodation, 5 minutes from Liverpool airport, absolutely spotless and our host could not have done more to make us feel at home. An utter gentleman. Excellent base for touring the area, or, like ourselves, for staying in prior to a flight from John Lennon Airport. Very reasonably priced, secure parking, fine facilities and extremely comfortable bed!!!

Host was so helpful and friendly, rooms are great and have everything you need. Surroundings are beautiful and rooms are all seperate so no disturbing of other guests.

I needed somewhere close to Woolton Village, so this was perfect for me. I also needed somewhere quiet, and it was excellent. It is close to the airport and planes come over at night, but not during the sleeping hours, so it was no problem. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The only problem is that the bed probably needed replacing, or something extra put over the mattress. In my room, at least, I could feel the springs underneath me, and it was difficult to find a spot that was comfortable. Presumably, that was only my room.

This was the ideal stay for our trip in the Merseyside. Not too far away from the city and easy to access from the motorway. The hosts were extremely kind and warmly welcomed us to the B&B for our short stay. We stayed in a nice and comfortable room with a nice view of the backyard. The area where the B&B is located is nice and very green.

We received a wonderful welcome from Ian, who showed us around and how to make the most of our stay, from tips for the room to nearby places to eat. The room was comfortable and excellent value for money, and we will definitely be returning.

Well received by friendly and helpful host that enabled us to quickly settle in. Gave good advice about where to eat locally. Excellent and nicely cooked breakfast.

We were greeted by Ian on arrival who was very warm and welcoming. He took time to show us around the accommodation and made sure we were happy. He had good local knowledge of the area and helped us with organising taxis. The accommodation was in a stunning location. Ian made a cracking cooked breakfast, and there was also lots of alternative options. Beds were comfortable, rooms cleaned and covid friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Julie and Samantha
