The apartment is really big and clean, the host it’s really nice, he manage to find us a taxi to the airport

We stayed here for one night as we caught a flight. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on and the room was very hot making it hard to sleep. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Nice location, next to the metro. Modern equipment, good option of breakfast.

There was 2 rooms and only 2 bathrooms, so I must wait in the morning for using the bathroom.

I get in contact with host via phone upon our arrival and he arrived within 10 minutes. I really appreciated that. I had no response on my text message, in the same time the host send me the message on the booking. There was some mismatch on communication channels. We had some issue with closet, it was fixed after second reminder and the issue with no laundry machine in our room was solved. It's fine for short / shorter stay.

I would appreciate a bit more info about he apartment and the things what going on in city. And the info that the is no laundry machine in our apartment and what are the option from the host. We had it as part of our booking. . The electricity in the apartment is based on key, there is no possibility to leave the room chilled out for 1-2hours if you go for drink or dinner. I would prefer this option rather than to have it on whole night and waking up to turn it off as after whole day the room was quite hot. The shades/ blinds would be beneficial on kitchen window. There were curtains on living room, it helped. It not nice to have empty flower pots on balcony, in case you are staying longer. If you are staying short time you would not care much. Rather none, than empty one :)

nothing. it was the worst stay in the 3 weeks of our holiday in Sicily

horrible odor - stale air mixed with old cooking smells and refuse. bathroom shower glass wall is missing and frame held together with masking tape making it impossible to shower without flooding floor. towel racks will fall apart if you hang towels on them. sink does not drain properly. noise from washing machine will keep you up late at night and woke us up at 6 am. cushions have bad smell. apartment not cleaned well - dead insects on wall etc etc. This apartment is divided into 3 rooms on the main floor and one on the upstairs floor. Our room was on the main floor, no balcony, bed faces the road and sidewalk so people can look right into your bed. the kitchen and bed area is one room. There is no balcony and no washing machine as advertised. Needs repair work

I stayed as a base to catch a flight. I wasn’t in the area long.

nobody was at the property to check in. I sent an email and called the number on the window with no response. I finally called the number listed on the Booking.com website and reached a man who said he would come- after I had been there for over half an hour waiting.
