5-minute walk from the centre of town. Close to bars and supermarket with its own bakery so handy for breakfast. We managed to bag on street parking right outside the Apartment on one night of our two night stay. On the other night we parked in a car park a 2 minute walk away.

Noise from neighbours TV but that didn’t spoil our stay.

Location was good - on the edge of Cardona, not too close to the sound of the village bells! Spacious, well equipped (we cooked two full meals in the evenings and had all the equipment for cooking and serving), comfortable for five people. We always managed to find a parking space (street parking) within 200m of the apartment.

At the last minute we changed from being four people to being five people. We felt this was more complicated to arrange than it need have been. First advice from the flat owners/ managers was to cancel and rebook but I didn’t want to do that as I knew the village was booked up for that weekend. Booking.com looked into it for me and at the end of a very long ‘phone call I was told that it was all fixed at no extra charge. Then just before our departure we were told that there had been a mistake and there would be an extra charge of 150€ for one extra person for three nights. This could have been a simpler, perhaps cheaper process.

Great location to visit all of the major sites in Cardona by foot. Two supermarkets within metres of the front door. Apartment was lovely and the kitchen very well equipped.

Lift was broken so our elderly mother-in -law had to struggle with the stairs. No airconditioning or fans to circulate the air.
