Very dirty rooms, swage smell everywhere in the room, dirty bed , AC drops water on the bed, unfriendly staff

The location is in the heart of the city and very good as stop over or overnight stay for the ones who came from a long drive. Overall it is clean and has good smell.
The smell in the CR and needs more cleaning. Repair and maintenance of the interior needed to be done as well.
