Marco is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij stond ons op te wachten. Het is een ruim appartement met wasmachine en veel ruimte op het dak om op te hangen. Fijne bank!
Het is best warm, de ventilatoren brachten wat verkoeling.

The location can be both a bonus and a minus: the apartment is both close to the airport and the main Northern bus Terminal, however you will therefore also need an hour to get into the part of town that interests most tourists.
On our last evening we went for dinner in the owners restaurant, just a few blocks away, which was nice, traditionally Peruvian food.

The Marco is the best host.

Great host and nice comfortable stay. Many affordable places to eat in surrounding area. Close to the Airport. Washing machine came in handy along with the kitchen.
Location was confusing as we had to take 2 transportations to reach the property. I think it is due to the booking.com site though and not the host.

Location is perfect for an in and out flight. So close to the airport and plenty of restaurants near by as well as street vendors and atm. The place is clean and communication was very easy via WhatsApp. We arrived late at night and we're greeted at the door no problem. We had 5 adults and were able to all have our own beds in the 2 rooms. Plenty of blankets.The water was hot and access to a wash machine was great.

Apartment was a perfect fit for our group. 2 double beds a single and a bunk bed with 2 more singles. He was there to greet us so it made things very smooth

I was booked my first 3 nights in Lima with Marco. He was very kind and pick me up from the airport at 05.30 am. I will make it shorter ; spend so many times with me to help me ; buying SIM card , changing money and finding motorbike for me to buy. And he really spend so many time with me ,which he shouldn’t ( but he was extremely kind man). Now I extend my stay , maybe as a area it’s not best (near the airport-not that near you hear them) but house has everything you need and the best thing to know there is still this kind of person’s existing. I am very grateful to Marco. ps: buy a SIM card ,use UBER .
Area not fancy or touristic area but just a short taxi ride you’re in the center.

Mr Marco very friendly and helpfull. Nearby the property located excellent a fish/seafood restaurant highly recomended. Very good/strong WiFi.
Cleanlines could be better however acceptable. The apartment located on 5 floor no elevator :(
