Location and Staff service! Facility was quite quiet! Pool was so clean!

Parking lot's door was opened whole night without any watching! Besides, Parking lot was located outside the facility so we felt unsecure everytime we were reaching or leaving our vehicule!

All the food we had, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. The facilities were wonderful, and the staff was incredible! Our taxi took us to a hotel by the same name as the street address. Fortunately, the staff there was helpful and called the correct hotel for us. RCTonsupa then sent not just a taxi for us, but a staff member named David, who then took us on a tour of Tonsupa and the livelier Atacames, guided us around town and really made our time there stand out. He saved our afternoon, and helped us get a great start the next day. We arrived late for dinner, but David arranged for us to get food, and swim after, and the pool was really nice. Definitely way above and beyond the expected. The water for the shower was a little tricky to figure out, but once we did, the shower was great.

Service and location

The staff was excellent. Specially David Inca that helped us at any time. The rooms were spacious. The hotel was secure and very quiet. The pool was very nice.

Staff was friendly and rooms were pretty clean. There's air conditioning in the rooms, but I didn't realize it until the morning because the wall unit is in the bathroom. There's also private gated parking for the hotel (off street parking).

The particular room we were in had a window facing the center of the hotel and it got very loud in the morning. We were on the 3rd floor, but it was as if the woman at the front desk was in bed with us speaking loudly into our ears. We had arrived very late around 3:30am and it wasn't fun getting woken up at 8:30am. It could've just been our room though and the way the sound echoed, but I would ask for a room higher up or away from the front desk to avoid that morning alarm.
