The place was clean and perfect for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle. We were just looking for a place to relax and have quality time away from family

Good location. The rooms are not bad.
The staff is pathetic. No hospitality, no customer service. Only interested in receiving payment and check out time. I regret having stayed in this property but only due to its owners or staff.

Room had no aircon, and the heat was unbelievable, couldn't really sleep with no aircon or fan in the room.

Quiet room, friendly staff.
The bedside light didn’t work. The shower was lukewarm and even with the panel heating on, and a blanket on the bed, the room was cold.

The comunication between host and myselt was verry good before arrival but on arival she did not make us feel welcome at all.
Ladies should not even try to wash hair in the shower. Water presure is verry low. I had to put my clothes on the floor when shower, no small table or anything to put your clothes and toiletries bag. No dustbin in the bathroom. No tv remote. Sleep 6 (all single beds) but only 4 extra blankets and it was verry cold. Pictures on wall hang skew, old stuff in cubbords, bedside lamp in only one room but no plug. Not at all what we expected.

Everything about the place was as advertised. Len was amazing because he waited for us past his knock off time. Both him and Bianca were communicating throughout. It was definitely value for money.

What is there not to like. You feel already part of the family of De Helping when you arrive.
People are always friendly, it is quiet, relaxing and it's just comfy.
