Great location, amazing facilities, modern interior, great parking, equipped in AC, nice gym available at the premises.

The place looks so good, but a bit lifeless. Please, put few green plants inside and it will be a dream apartment :)

This apartment and their host deserve nothing less than 10.

I have to mention that we had a problem with other guests and the noise they made which spoiled our stay. The host promissed that it will be regulated by not accepting guests under the age of 10, but I don't know if that is the solution because the main problem is not the children...

The apartment was wonderful, with very clean and spacious rooms, a modern design, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bathroom and two large balconies. The apartment house's own underground garage made parking very easy. Our hosts were very kind, helpful and friendly. We are happy to recommend the place to everyone!

Super modern and nice accomodations, underground parking, good price.

The villa is new ,modern equipment, with all the facilities. It 1 minute away from Kaufland, 20 min away from the center and about 25 min away from nugal Beach which is the nicest around. The hosts are really nice and friendly and helpful. Good wifi.

The apartment certainly exceeded our expectations, the building has amazing finishes. Katija made our stay very comfortable and was really nice to us. - extremely clean apartment with two very big terraces, with sea view - the best soundproof windows - two ACs (bedroom and living-room) - 20 minutes walk to Nugal Beach - well-equipped gym at the ground floor - available mountain-bikes (for free) - underground garage for safe parking

- maybe the kitchen could be more equipped - suggestions: cleaning products in the bathroom

We really liked our stay there. Very clean, nice apartment with all the stuff you need during a vacation (even badminton). They were very nice during our holiday, they were always ready to help us in any case. I would recommend to everybody this place. It's very close to Kaufland, and not so far from the town center, harbour and beach, maybe a 20-25 minutes walk. We could use the fitness room, and the bicycles as well.
