We hebben een super fijne week gehad in dit appartement. De minpunten zijn niet negatief maar verbeterpunten.

De messen, pannen en waterkoker zijn aan vervanging toe.Magnetron werkt niet op heetste stand.
Warm water is na 2x douchen op
Douche heeft geen gordijn, hele vloer nat. Dat zie je ook aan de deur, deze is helemaal opgezet.
Raar hoofdkussen. Zijn geen extra kussens of dekens.
Schuifdeur naar terras wil niet op slot
Geen netflix op tv
Strandbedjes zijn aantal van stuk
Je ziet dat het niet door een vrouw is ingericht. Er is maar 1 spiegel, ik zou in de hal een spiegel met kapstok ophangen. Je kan je jas niet ophangen.

Victor's apartment is ideally located, with the beach and 7km promenade adjacent to the complex. Furthermore, the Tram stop is 100m from the apartment. The area is beautiful, with supermarkets and nice restaurants nearby.
Victor met us personally and was a most pleasant host. The apartment itself is excellently equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable family vacation. The double & single bunk beds was ideal for our kids and also the large smart screen. The terrace overlooks the pool and is a very pleasant facility.
This area and apartment are ideal for an active family that want to make the most out of the daytime and not too focused on the nightlife!! We'd highly recommend Victor's place!

Die Lage zum Strand war wunderbar. Die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung war sehr komfortabel und modern.
Die Balkontür und das Fenster im Kinderzimmer konnten nicht richtig abgeschlossen werden.

Uns hat besonders gefallen, die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Meer, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür und das es eine kostenlosen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage gibt.

La atención fue muy buena y el apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado. Piscina y exteriores muy bien cuidados. El apartamento muy cómodo, cocina bien equipada y camas muy cómodas.
Limpieza perfecta también.
No hay nada que no nos gustase. Nuestras expectativas fueron acordes a la realidad. Un apartamento bien situado, cómodo y con facilidad para aparcar.

Apartment is very nice, modern and in front of the beach and tram line. Well maintained with nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. Accommodation is easily accessible, street parking available in front of the complex. Relation price/quality - very good.
It should be painted - living room has a big stain from water leak (I guess) on the ceiling. Also the bathroom requires better cleaning.

The apartment is in a lovely location very near a tram stop which was perfect for travelling in to Alicante. The apartment is so clean and is really well equipped. We look forward to staying here again. Victor was so helpful and responded quickly to all communication.

In the bathroom, I smelled vinegar. It was strong. There was no amenity at all. You need to bring your own shampoo, shower wash, etc. The warm water is limited. While taking a shower, I had to do it quickly due to cold water.

The location was absolutely amazing! the apartment had everything we needed and the service from the staff was very friendly and helpful in every way! free parking, free baby cot and a lovely pool area made it even better :)

Location was perfect, modern amenities,with washer and dryer, big, comfortable, literally right in front of beach it even had beach chairs, with pool and a 5ish minute walk to bus stop. Staff was incredible and they allowed us to leave our luggage a lot earlier than the check in time. It would be perfect score except for bathroom door. The other things were minor to us.
Bathroom door couldn't be closed, we couldn't connect to wifi because name and password were missing, pillow was a single big one which was annoying as a couple, one of the towels was somewhat dirty.

first line on the beach, well furnished AB’s equipped. the staff who received is was very nice and helpful.
the kitchen sponge provided was used, which I thought is not hygienic. we had to go to the supermarket to buy a new one. its not worth much but I always expect a new sponge.

The place was amazing as much from inside as from outside. Actually the outside area looked probably the best in whole beach area as it felt very authentic.
The inside is has modern finish and really neat balcony facing pool area as well as beach. Also provided beach chairs with umbrella was a nice touch!
The host and whole team is wery friendly and it was very easy to get in to the property.
The elevator is bit small, it was bit hard to squeeze with pushchair, but it's not end of the world.

The apartment was in a great location. The tram and beach across the road. The man who met us was lovely and said not to hesitate to contact him if needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you needed including towels and air conditioning
An electric kettle would be a great addition also an english channel on the TV
