Rocio was accommodating and attentive and provided excellent information about restaurants and other matters. She is great! The property was well located. My partner and I loved her and her husband!

Having to pay cash is a bit of a bummer. Having to coordinate with Rocoi to get key is a problem. I was lucky that I arrived on time. However, could have been difficult

Not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Property on various levels with awkward set of steps to garden area. Also the bed was on a raised platform above a seating area and very difficult for me to climb on and off. I am 66 with an arthritic knee and I found it a struggle. Another problem was that the property was in a tiny alley so that a taxi could not get to the door- so cases needed to be carried at least 100- 200 yards. A lovely pretty property but needs a warning for older or mobility impaired customers. Also does not take credit cards and only warned at short notice by email.

a beautiful, clean and cozy place in the heart of Tarifa. stylishly furnished. fresh fruits, snacks and coffee as courtesy of the house were really appreciated. Rocio was very gentle and thoughtful with us!

Rocio and Maria were punctual in replying to messages. Super friendly and efficient. We had the apartment with the garden and the chill out area there was amazing. The apartment was small but had everything we needed.So much thought has gone into the quirky decor. There was water in the fridge, tea, coffee, croissants, jam and butter included for a light breakfast as well as fruit. The location was superb. We can't wait to stay there again!!!!

Location central, not reachable by car. good water pressure in the shower.

The mattress was terrible - so soft that we fell through the mattress, essentially sleeping in a “hole” in the middle of the mattress. Very small mattress. Windows let through a lot of air, it was freezing at night, the small radiator did not do much to keep us warm.

This place is heaven. I wanted to book somewhere within the old town that had character and charm but was also quiet but near to everything. This served all my wishes. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and decor was gorgeous. We had access to the little garden which was lovely! Rocio was adorable. So welcoming and helpful. Little touches like coffee pods, cake and fruit that you could help yourself to in the foyer were excellent. The cleaner was so nice and helpful aswell. The apartment was sparkling clean too. Felt very comfortable going in during these Covid times! We will be very sad to leave but knowing it’s only 1 and a half hours drive from home we will definitely be back again.

I've stayed at the lovely Koala before so I knew what a beautiful, quiet space it is. I was in a different room this time and with this room was lucky enough to have a very quiet, peaceful garden to myself. The garden was perfect for chilling with a cold drink before venturing out in to the old town. for the evening. It really is a lovely place to stay. I had an extended stay but was still very sad to leave. Thanks to Rocio and Maria

The place is very special and unique. The decoration and detail given to every room is amazing. Everything is just perfect! We will definitely come back without a doubt and we will advise all our friends and family to stay here when in Tarifa.

The warm welcome from the hotel owner makes the stay even lovelier. She is so attentive and makes you feel like at home. Thank you so much for your time and kindness.
