Staff were very friendly and cooperative, especially front desk, Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk to Haram, nice room against price,

Their was nothing even a single thing to be liked.the locatuon was near but tough to go coz you have to go a steep and it very exhausting if you are with parents and children.they dnt offer any bus facility.they dnt have breakfast.there is no hotels for taking meals near by.the front desk was very rude and problamatic.only the cleaning staff was helpful and always do his duty.no telefone available in case you need sometging you have to go down and tell the front desk and then they will help you.i booked for 9 days but i checked out after 5 days.i will recommend to you please dnt stay at hibbatullah hotel.coz i was suffered alot and i dnt want anyone to suffer like me coz lot of people for umra.

La proximité au Haram (5min à pied), beaucoup de taxis passent par l’hôtel et plusieurs boutiques à proximité également, le personnel très sympa !
La salle de bain était un peu petite et il manquait des éléments tels qu’un sèche-cheveux par exemple, papier toilette, et il y avait des cheveux (sûrement des personnes qui étaient là avant nous)

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Particularly Taghreed. Location was up and down a steep hill which was not easy on a hot day or for people with knee issues. Taxis charged about 15 /20 sar to take to haram. Taxi easy to get
Saw 1 insect on a bed. Didn't see any more. No milk or creamer provided for tea. No coffee. Hunger Satation app didn't deliver or recognize the location of hotel. Poorly stocked baqala near the hotel and atm very far away from hotel. We ended up dining near Haram.

The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. There was shops/restaurants near the hotel within 5 to 10 mins walk.
The location is good, 10 Min walk to the Haram but the walk way is a bit up and down due to hilly area. It is difficult for older ppl to walk to Haram.

Close to Haram. Short 10 min walk. Easy check in. Didn’t require any security deposit like hotel in Madinah. Shops around hotel.
No warm water.
When you take shower the water goes every where in the washroom. Shower are should be separate. Or at least proper curtain or shower glass to contain water.
Stayed three night. No one from the room service can need to replenish water, towel or toiletries.

Hotel close to mecca mosque.
Room amenities included just few water bottles and some tea bags. Floor was dirty and bathroom amenities were bare minimum.
Bathroom construction is poor. Water stagnates away from the sink hole. Had to mop the floor several times until they changed the room.
Staff had very poor English speaking skills but attitude was sky rocketing.
