Good ambience and well behaved staffs

Booked a suite and that was occupied when i tried to get in and hotel people gave me choice to settle for a club room that was horrible and that also because their hotel website was not working properl although i had booked from booking.com for suite Room was horrible, shower was not working, AC was set to single temperature, exhaust not working, n9 ameneties provided i had to ask for some. I will never book fern in future and will recommend other not to book it also

It was a great experience. The breakfast was extravagant and the room was lovely.

There wasn't much to not like, but the service was a bit slow and getting to the hotel was troublesome because we couldn't get hold of the hotel's phone number.

1. The hotel was right next to the airport. 2. The hotel toiletries - soap/ shampoo etc. was of a good brand. 3. The hotel staff got us a toothbrush and razor when we asked for it, pretty quickly.

1. There was some kind of cleaning / construction going on on the same floor as us, and our rooms were right next to the "Maintenance/ Janitor" door. There was a certain smell on the entire floor. 2. The beds were very small- and I am 5'2. And my feet were literally touching the edge of the bed. 3. Their credit card payment system was faulty and not receiving any signal.
