Gostei do estacionamento seguro e do café da manhã também!

O hotel é bem localizado, já funcionou no passado um hotel de bastante qualidade e conforto. De fácil acesso. Ótimo espaço, com utilização precária.

Não gostei da roupa de cama, bastante encardida.

O hotel em si é muito bom, os funcionários são muito educados, simpáticos. Super indico o Hotel.

No blankets in the room, you have to ask. Rooms are super bland and depressing. I was sick and could not move, the front desk wouldn't let deliveries to come to my room. No ramp to lobby so if your suitcase is heavy, good luck with the stairs. They don't offer to help. Usually only 2 people working and it's busy so you'll wait for awhile even for simple requests. I stayed at a discounted price but couldn't imagine paying more. Hotel Ibis is much better and less money.

The location is GREAT - downtown and so close to a lot of things! The breakfast was really impressive - so much to choose from, and make with love and care "amor e carinho". The staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful. The internet was great, the rooms were cleaned very well every day. We were very happy with our stay!

The bathroom tiles in the shower could use a bit more cleaning, but otherwise we liked everything!
