staff officer was really nice and fast respond. I got problem with toilet, and fixed it as soon as I asked customer service.
well.. In general, everything was ok.
but I got problem in the toilet. event though it was fixed, but maybe they should to check the room conditions before gave it to the customer.
we are still in pandemic, but the standard procedure was not implemented. :( .. wish they follow the procedure next time
