Very clean and fun location

The food was delicious

There was no water watering for a day so no showers and no toilet flushing which was unsanitary. Their way of compensating us was 25% off one night which was insulting. We were told it was the whole building which wasn’t true it was only certain rooms. The staff there are not knowledgeable with questions that were asked during my stay. One and done for this hotel for me!

Love the fact they have a 24hr room service and the adult only was a separate building/area/. I was very close to the airport and the staff was very friendly.

The Lounge chairs at our swim up pool was a bit dirty... it has food particles laying on the floor. I called to have it clean and I was told I'd have to wait until the am.

I liked the activities and how spacious the resort was.

The food could be way better tbh.

The food portions at the high end restaurants were too small we had to go to room and order room service that was very very disappointing

Everything. 2nd time visiting and looking forward to the 3rd. Service is amazing. Facilities and views are spectacular.

Nothing to complain about.

We stayed on the adult side of the property. We had a option of several restaurants, all were excellent the food options were great as well as the ambience. We ate at all except for 1 the Pub. All the restaurants on property ask if you have allergies. which is a plus for me. Service was also great.

Our room the air condition went out. However, they tried to fix it, No god results so they changed are room right away, I missed the view from that room. We still had a room to see the airplanes land and take off from the airport.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning. In particular, there is a pool and two restaurants situated out on the edge of the sea cliffs that are picture perfect out of a dream! The food is pretty good, room service surprisingly good. Drinks are so-so, staff is super nice. Wifi was good throughout most of the property.

Make sure you don't get a room that ends in -22 (122, 222, 322 etc) because these are basically the ONLY rooms in the hotel without a view of the sea. Instead you have a view of a giant tree, which is fine but not what you're paying for. The area immediately surrounding the resort (Maho Beach) was not my favorite. I prefer other parts of the island for spending time, particularly Phillipsburg and Orient Bay.
