The staff is obviously not geared to handle special requests and one faced a challenge at every step - there is no staff empowerment as no one on the front line can take a decision without ‘checking with supervisor’..

The hotel was very nice: very nice room and good breakfast. The gym was very nice as well.
The pool was not opened and it was difficult to get an afternoon snack on the Sunday afternoon except for cake
