Definitely the service. Stayed at both Wanda Shanghai and Wanda Chengdu, the staff in both hotels are very polite and friendly. The staff who helped us this time was Mr Zhang, he speaks decent English and is very friendly. Although there was a small issue, he still helped us to follow up promptly.

An exceptional property with very attentive staff and great quality food. For both breakfast and dinner, there are buffet options and are great value for money.
Big thank you to Joey for making our dinner experiences memorable.
Our room had a few stains on the carpet which was a bit of a shame for such an exceptional hotel.
