The Rock is located in a new and fully quite are on the Mont Vernon with a fantastic view to both sides - Orient Bay and Grand Case. The appartment with 2 levels is fully equipped with all you need for a short or long time stay. All interesting locations and beaches on the island are reachable in a very short time if traffic allows it. The host Florence and Nicole are very kind and helpful and we thank you both for their recommendations and hospitality. The highlight for us was the Jacuzzi on the terrace, we used it nearly every day by enjoying the relaxing evening view to the west side and sunset of the island.

Location and view great.near two great beaches and many restaurants. Very private gated community. Hot tub great as you are higher up and we used it almost everyday after dark. Hosts very nice and accomodating.if there is something ypu need, just ask. We asked for more towels and they were quickly provided. Forgot that electricity is different from US so used hairdryer provided. It was nice and powerful.

Only thing i thought could have used improvement is the deck furniture. Would have liked some cushy, comfy chairs to enjoy the view. I told the host and she seemed receptive to the comment.

A modern apartment with a big terrace and a nice, warm jacuzzi. The location is excellent, 5 minutes by car to the shops, a bakery, a pharmacy etc. Baie orientale and Grande case are only a short driving distance away as is Anse Marcel and the ferry to Ile Pinel. The apartment is very well equipped (washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine (much appreciated:-)), hair dryer etc. The kitchen is a bit small but it didn’t bother us as we like to eat out. The place is very calm and relaxing. Nicole and Florence are efficient and always ready to help . Thanks for the Christmas bubbles :-)

This was my first time to St. Martin and The Rock really made my vacation AMAZING!! The host were awesome and thorough. I’ve never been to a place where I had my own private hot tub on my balcony with a view of the city and ocean. The rooms were spacious and everything was clean. I didn’t want to leave but I look forward to coming back very soon. You will not be disappointed.
