Break fast was good ,but the dinner I ordered took 3hour for them to prepare and it came when it was cold .No customer service at all.

Customer service wasn't good and the rooms need to be painted.

Got to hotel about 7- ordered food- we were the only patrons in the restaurant. The food was very good. Got to breakfast at 730am when it was supposed to be ready- and nothing was ready. Went to a nice breakfast at Java House just up the street.

They could have gotten breakfast together- but for the money it was really okay.

Good hospitality, clean, cool and on a main road.

The break would have been ok but they put alot of oil in the katogo.

Toilets were faulty.

They had a bar but it wasn’t well stocked. We were able to have a late check-out and the breakfast was amazing!

They didn’t have our reservation when we got there,took about 2 hours to check-in. They cleaned the rooms once in 4 days

We arrived, and the first thing we were told was that they were not aware of our booking. There were approximately 10 more people with the same problem as us. They claimed to not having received the confirmation because we didn't pay. First of all, we all put our credit card information, for them to be able to charge the money once we were there, but they sent a weird link based in Kenya to make a money transfer, which we didn't do, seemed unsafe sending money to Kenya for a hotel based in Uganda. They lied to all who paid online saying they didnt receive the money, they did. They didn't know how to use booking or they were maybe pretending not know how to use it, they were pretending to be using a computer but for our surprise they did not even have one, they were using a paper. How on Earth does a hotel which is on Booking.com not have a laptop ? They were saying they were not aware of their booking.com page, then they said they were, then they mentioned someone might have taken their image... But we discovered that they were very aware of their booking.com account. The manager got very disrispectful with one of the girls, instead of admiting their mistakes they got aggressive. These guys were constantly lying, and now we are afraid they will charge the money. They were saying they could not cancel our reservation. Taking into account everything said, we are pretty sure they will try to make us pay for a stay that we could not even enjoy. This place should not even be on Booking.com: they lie, they are dishonest, disrispectful and corrupt. They are just thieves. DO NOT COME HERE.

Avoid this hotel. They double book your room, give the key to another person, then when you complain, they give you the key to the room that the other person had left at reception. They literally gave the same room to two different people. They told the other person that they could have the room if they paid more than we had paid. They are condescending to women, they steal, they lie (by saying that their booking.com account was hacked - but it isn't).
