Royal Apartments is one of the best place to stay in. It has got all the modern amenities with a swimming pool. Also the beach is at walkable distance. We went for a music festival and our stay was great there. The owner is cooperative and helpful guy. Even though we reached earlier before our check-in time, he helped in getting the apartment.

Though it has got fully functional kitchen but it is too small for more than 3 people group.

the appartment is big and clean with one main air conditionner in the living room but it was enough to cool all the rooms if you leave the room doors open. There is also a chill area next to the pool and you can borrow bikes. It's also 20 min walk to Zrce Beach which was perfect for us.

Fantastic size apartments with great balcony space, powerful A/C and good shower. Igor and the cleaning staff couldn't have been more friendly or approachable. Igor collecting us from Novalja bus station was a huge bonus as we had no idea that we should have got off at Gajac which was much much closer. The apts are a 10/12 minute walk to the nearest mini-mart and restaurants and just a 20 minute walk to the party spot of Zrce beach.

WiFi signal strength in apt B1 wasn't great. Being a corner apartment it may have been a long way from the nearest router. It wasn't the end of the world switching to 4g but it would have been nice not to have had to.

Very nice apartment with terrace. Great swimming pool and chillout areas. The place overall was very enjoyable to stay at. Igor was a great host.

It's a bit far of a walk from the nearest shop or restaurant.
