Staff, cleanliness and a great pool!
No air con is fine, but the fans were old and barely made an impact. If air con is not going to be installed, an upgrade in fans I think would help.

Well located, close to the beaches of Antibes and Juan. Honesty shop provides fresh bread every day. Staff very friendly, helpful with all requests.
No cleaning of the apartment during the stay.

We needed air conditioning for the baby and should have checked this as on a hot day the apartment was hot

the view in the sea is very beautiful. the apartment is big and comfortable with a big terrasse. the pool is a good size.
this was really difficult to stay in the apartment without air conditioning. none of the apartment have AC. this is very difficult in summer.

The facilities are well-maintained, with the pool in particular being a highlight. The apartment was entirely equipped for cooking and dining.
A fair warning for American travelers, there is no AC available and we found the single standing fan insufficient for comfortable air flow during our early summer stay.

The choice of breakfast was just bread.

Good-sized apartment with balcony. A couple of English TV stations (news stations) were very welcome. Ten minute walk to train station to Nice/Monaco/etc. Comfortable sitting area for the daytime (two sofa beds swivel over to become single beds).
Booking.com listed the check-in time as 16:00 to 00:00. but reception actually closed at 19:00. We arrived at approx. 20:00 to find reception closed. Thankfully this issue was resolved (with an element of luck) although we had to go without wi-fi for the night.
The double bed (two twin beds placed together) had very hard mattresses.
