Location, the lovely view from the balcony over the Schlei and the studio set-up with kitchenette.
One recommendation for even further improvement would be to provide compartmentalized trash containers in the studio kitchenette to facilitate trash separation. While this is available in the common kitchenette on the ground floor, it is not provided for in the studio. We made this suggestion to management verbally.

Peaceful location and heavenly quiet, yet just a very short distance away from Kappeln and the beach. Very good breakfast and the lady at reception was ever so polite and helpful. We will be happy to return another time.
