Hotel state and location were good.

Unfortunately, I booked a 28m2 double room and they gave us a much smaller one which was not even fitting our stuff. (2 adults ,1 baby). No (or very bad) alternative was offered and we had to search for another accomodation at the checkin date (and at 40deg Celcius)

Great location close to Agios Nikolaos (<10' drive), direct access (walking) to Almyros beach. Amazing views from the veranda where breakfast/dinner was served. Staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. Breakfast was decent however the pool was relatively small.

A great room with wrap around balcony. Views were amazing of the sea. The room and facilities were beautifully clean. we really loved the pool area and the pool bar. The breakfast was excellent and great value for the price. We would love to stay again in the future. We had a fantastic time.

Rooms were clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. Huge plus - the hotel is located near the beach, with nice and clear though pretty cold water. Easy entry to water. Not many people at the beach. Heaven!!! I think during our stay we enjoyed the beach most of all....

When if comes what we didn't like the list is longer :) First of all, we paid for a room with sea view. We got the ground level room were you could barely see the pool, not even the sea. I asked the reception is this what it meant to be, and the answer is "yes, sorry, this is a side sea view room". You can check the photos below what sea view means according to the hotel staff, but it is clearly not what was expected. The hotel need to advertise their rooms properly, or distinguish between a proper sea view and a "side sea view". I would have never booked this place if i knew we will be put into this room. The balcony of this room was too close to the walking path and we could not enjoy it properly for the following reasons 1) people were passing by staring at us 2) the balcony was not washed and dusty. Next one is the pool and the beach. You pay here for everything. Beach 8 euro for 2 beds and an umbrella per day. Pool - you have to eat and drink at the pool to use it (you can stay at the hotel's pool which is small and no fun). Paying for a few drinks at the pool is not a problem, but the advertising photos can mislead other people. Breakfast not of great quality, pretty simple, not a lot of choice, after 9:30 no more fruits and vegetables left, eggs oily and boiled eggs overcooked. Although the bathrooms were very clean, the shower was not working properly (the switch between head and hand held one). Overall, we were quite disappointed. Maybe it was our bad luck, and the other rooms at the hotel are better, but if i was to come back to the area (for the beach), i would probably choose another place as a base.
