Nous sommes son avant, 4 chambre 2 unité supérieure de bain avec kiosque partagé, jetée et votre propre bordereau de bateau. Cuisine bien équipée avec coin repas avec une vue imprenable sur le canal Banks avec une salle à manger séparée. Profitez de la croisière
Banks Channel, pêche, crabe ou simplement se détendre dans le gazebo en regardant le coucher de soleil! La pelouse spacieuse est parfaite pour un jeu de croquet, ou un pique-nique en soirée. Construit en 1913, notre maison conserve son charme ancien Wrightsville Beach, mais a été mis à jour avec des commodités modernes. Asseyez-vous et rock sur le porche face à S. Lumina- juste en face de la rue étroite et calme d'un accès à la plage. Non fumeur ou animaux domestiques. Bordereau de bateau de 21 ft. En raison de la plupart des horaires de vacances en famille, les réservations pendant les mois d'été sont du samedi au samedi, de 7 nuits en été et de 3 nuits de septembre à la mi-mai. La plupart de nos clients disent que nous sommes dans l'endroit parfait. À quelques pas du bruit et de l'océan, à quelques pas du centre-ville de Wrightsville.

This was truly a gem of a beach cottage. The cottage was clean and cozy. We had the pleasure of meeting Rick the Property owner, he was a true gentleman. He is very responsive if you have any issue during your stay. The location to us was wonderful. Walk to the beach on a nice beach path located on vacant lot in front of the house. Beautiful lawn area to sit and enjoy the views of the sound and the boats passing by. Very short walk to the Oceanic pier and restaurant. There is also a coffee and surf shop. Not too far of a walk to down town Wrightsville. We definitely plan on staying at this property in the future!

The owners were very responsive from the time we booked. This is a very nice house and we had a great time. The location gives easy access to enjoy sunsets each night. We loved it here.

Perfect location-sea & sound, very responsive host

A beautiful, charming home brimming with character! The channel access was relaxing and perfect for launching paddle boards. Also great for soaking up sun and sunsets, and the Comet Neowise. The ocean access was ideal for surfing and beach picnics. The house has plenty of room, it’s comfortable, and the location was perfect. Rick and Mimi were very accommodating to our needs. We will be back!

After graduating from UNCW back in the early 90's I had fond memories of my days spent at Wrightsville Beach. The original cottages dotted along Lumina Ave. facing Banks Channel. The new development of the area has replaced many of the quaint original cottages with massive beach homes. This property was a perfect original!!! You can feel the history in this home. A perfect place to kick your shoes off on the porch and sit back and relax. Offers the best of the ocean and the sound. Rick and Mimi were absolutely wonderful and accommodating!!! A great place at a great value...don't expect to come down to granite countertops and brand new amenities, but if originality is of importance, this is your place. This home is what made Eastern NC a destination of choice...Rick and Mimi are what southern hospitality is all about.
