Only thing I liked is the location
The staff is not responsive sent 3 email to get info and didn’t get an answer until bookings got involved. I was met by a Toktok driver and given the key and when I asked for another as we are three it was promised but never provided. The sheets and towels had so many spots we couldn’t tell if clean or dirty. The kitchen sink was leaking on the ground all the time. The net wasn’t working as they haven’t paid the dues which they did later. The tv was not working. I informed Sara the person in charge that we were leaving at 10:30 in the morning and to send some one to get the keys and help with luggage. No response called her at 10:25 no answer we carried our Lucan’s left the key in the apartment. Sara sent a message at 10:40 asking when we are leaving and she sounded half asleep.
