The facility was great! Clean, modern, up to date on amenities. Offers a full restaurant on site so there's really no need to leave the site if you don't want to. We booked this hotel for it's location to the cruise port. LOVED that the hotel offered a shuttle to the cruise port. There was a fee associated with it but that was to be expected....it's what I call a " sanity fee"

There wasn't a thing that I didn't like! My husband and I usually find something to complain about as we travel alot and stay in alot of different hotels, however there really wasn't a thing that I would complain or nit pick about.

The lobby was nice.

The lobby was nice, however the room was horrible. There was no shade in the room, the sun blasted in. When asked they said they would send someone up never did, the step out to the balcony is a huge tripping hazard, the sheets on the bed where all ripped. The floor was dirty, no real privacy at all. If you’re staying with a friend hope you don’t mind seeing all of them. The door to the showers and toilet area slid open fast and if not really noticed would slam and bounce back. There was tinsel up on the pics on the wall. The room was not cleaned all that well. The soap dish area in the room was falling off the wall.

Had lunch, dinner, and breakfast there and all were very good and reasonably priced. Hotel was just 15 minutes from cruise port.

We were looking for a hotel near the cruiseport and this served the bill. It is however somewhat remotely located so you need a car to venture out. Didn’t like that the shower in the room has a glass wall so you can be seen from inside the bedroom in spite of a the shade that is meant to provide some privacy

There was no hot water to shower…it is a very old hotel Coffe machine don’t work Price was to high..it’s a 2 stars or 3 stars hotel max

I never stayed there and y’all still charged my card I called the lobby and I wasn’t in the system I never checked in n the app wouldn’t let me cancel so I basically took a lost of $281

Bassengområdet var nok ikke prioritert. Trengte clean-up i området og i basseng.

Stated more clearly of what is included in your stay, when I booked it said my breakfast and shuttle to cruise port would have been included, but it wasn’t

The staff was very nice. Always checking to see if you needed anything. When we went to dinner at the dock my husband couldn't walk back up to the room and we got golf cart service back to the front desk. It was such a blessing

The bikes racing outside were terrible luckily I brought ear plugs

Clean, tidy rooms, and nice foyer. Good restaurant with good staff. Fast check out.

Location was out of walking distance to restaurants, bars, and convenience/liquor store. Did not offer free continental breakfast. Should offer this for the price we paid.

It was very quiet...close to the highway

1) Had some plumbing issues (toilet and face sink was clogged after housekeeping cleaned on 2 different days) 2) The buffet breakfast lacked variety and options for veggie persons 3) Carpark at nights was full and the back carpark lacked secuirty (felt unsafe) 4) No bellman 5) Did not get the room I booked with a view of the marina

Sehr Laute Umgebung direkt an der Interstate, Bahnverkehr Nähe Hotel!!! Unfreundliches nicht hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption!! Frühstück wenig Auswahl, zu teuer!!

Great location for my family access

The ice machine on the 5th floor has been broken for a MONTH. I’ve been there twice in one month. The Gym didn’t have any towels and I told the Housekeeper and no towels were brought to the gym. I was there fo over an hour.

To loud from traffic really close to 95 food is very pricey not many options for restaurants close to hotel. Plus you have to pay for parking think that should at least be included

I love the fact the location was great close to state road 84 and downtown Fort Lauderdale

There was no fridge in the first room and when reported it the front desk staff acted like he didn’t care then the room had a leak due to AC issues the maintenance man didn’t hesitate to tell the front desk attendant a new room was needed and it had a fridge in it

Die Dame am Empfang war das absolute Gegenteil von freundlich. Beim Einchecken begrüsste sie uns nicht mal. Nach zwei Wochen Rundreise in günstigeren Motels, mit Abstand unerfreulichste Erlebnis. Trotz der Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer erhielten wir ein Zimmer bei der Abluft der Küche im Hinterhof. Das Schlafen war nur mit Ohropax möglich. Die Luft war auch nicht gerade angenehm. Das Putzpersonal war aber sehr nett.

Camera spaziosa , molto pulita con tutti i comfort

Al nostro check out abbiamo trovato una receptionist con i capelli rossi molto antipatica e maleducata, invece la ragazza del ristorante/ bar è stata molto gentile nel consigliarci il pranzo prima di andare via.

Clean, spacious, neat.

Didn’t have time to appreciate other facilities, plane was late.
